Are items restocked?

Due to the sell out rate with most of our vendors, it is quite difficult to restock items. However, if an item is restocked, we will notify all of our customers by email (make sure you subscribe to our newsletter) and on social media. 

What is your return policy?

Regular price items (excluding accessories and swimwear) must be returned within 7 days of receipt of merchandise in order to be eligible for a credit.  No refunds or exchanges will be granted. 

If I need to return an item, what should I do and how long does it take to process the request?

For the most efficient customer service experience, please contact us directly at senstyla@gmail.com.  All inquiries will be addressed within a 12-24 hour time frame. To avoid a delay in response, please refrain from sending return inquires through social media messaging. 

After an item is deemed acceptable, a credit will be issued within 5-7 business days. Customer will be notified by email.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours excluding the weekend.  After an order has been processed, please check the provided email address used to place the order for all tracking updates.

Standard Priority shipping provided by USPS normally takes 2-3 business days (Louisiana residents who are within close proximity to La Place usually receive their packages within 1 business day).

Express Priority shipping provided by USPS usually takes 1-2 business days (depending on your area)

Do you offer International shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping.

Shipping normally takes 6-10 business days for USPS.
